Sue has been in the Real Estate industry since 1973.  She brings with her many years of Real Estate sales and 12 years of escrow experience.  She personally handles the customers loan signings and goes over every detail with the borrower.   Having the experience of all phases of the Real Estate market is definitely a plus.

Trish McDowell/Escrow Manager

Trish has been in the escrow industry for 13 years. She has been escrow officer for over 8 years and a escrow manager for 5 years. Trish brings lots of experience to the table. She prides herself on going the extra mile for her customers. That is why she has built such a wonderful clientele in our industry. Trish has been involved with all aspects of escrow. Donavan joined our team in 2003. He handles all of our public relations. He is their to make sure if any loose ends need to be tended to he can help assist in it. LaVonne has been in the Real Estate industry for 13 years.  She worked as a processor/underwriter for a local lending institution for over 8 years.  She is very aware of how the lending process works and that brings a lot of insight to her experience as an Escrow Officer.  LaVonne handles both Sale and Refinance escrows for the past 5 years and  is a  dedicated Escrow Officer that prides herself on integrity in handling all her files.

Cari has been an escrow officer for over 8 year. She has always gone the extra mile for her customers and when it comes to the month crunch time she works overtime to get escrows expedited and closed out on time. Her clients come back to her over and over again for a reason.

Escrow is all she knows. She has been doing this for over 23 years and has been an officer for 20 years.Lori has always gone above and beyond for her clients. They her and are grateful for all that she does to make sure that their files closes smoothly as possible.

Cindy has been in the escrow industry for 7 years. She has been an escrow officer for the past 4 years. She is very outgoing and has built her clientele on going above and beyond for her clients. She is bilingual and dedicated to give you the service you deserve. She will be perfect for the Spanish speaking customers who are more comfortable with their own language.
