- Carry a 5 million dollar fidelity bond to protect the trust account from theft or embezzlement
- Onsite manager with a minimum of 5 years experience
- Maintain a state mandated minimum asset & financial liquidity
- Annual audit by a licensed CPA to ensure compliance with California regulations
- Submit to surprise audits by the Department of Corporations & Arizona Department of Financial Institutions
- All employees are fingerprinted and background checks thru the Dept of Justice
